Intermediate Courses & Workshops

The intermediate courses and workshops are aimed at runners with experience who want to take their running to the next level. The principals of good technique, proper form and well practised drills and exercises remain. The focus is on building confidence and knowhow in pacing and training variation. You will become a happier and more relaxed runner.
